SummitCRS has a corporate trainer that you can fly out to your shop for On-Site Training. We understand the steps requried when transitioning to a new system or trying to get more out of your existing system. Having an onsite trainer who can address your specific needs and show you the steps to get there will only beneift your shop and staff.

Have a specific need for training? Want to get a few questions answered? You can schedule training with one of our techs for up to an hour on the topics you want to be educated about. Phone training is ideal for refresher training, new summit users or for learning the basics of the system.

Training Tips

To get the most out of your On-Site Training poll your staff and find out what core processes you feel need improvement. Developing a plan of attack before our trainer arrives insures you are getting the most out of the trainers time.

Be sure to send in your training topics and questions ahead of your scheduled time so that our techs can best prepare for your training session.

While SummitCRS has a plethora of tools and processes to use, remember to implement these tools slowly to avoid overwhelming your staff with new processes.
